Platform Project Management, LLC, a full service contract dealer, that has serviced the Central Texas-Fort Hood well as North and East Texas since 2010.

Platform Project Management, LLC is the small minority, disabled veteran owned commercial flooring contractor in the Central Texas Area. We have serviced the Central Texas markets since 2010. A credentialed company; that has detailed knowledge of the government contracts and how to do business with all levels of government. In addition to the government knowledge, PPM is an approved contractor for the Fort Hood, Temple, and Waco Veterans Affairs (VA) along with the five communities surrounding Fort Hood. PPM also offers several focused teams to lend appropriate customer support. 

The PPM sales team specializes in the various industry segments, including healthcare, government, education, corporate, retail, and hospitality. With the knowledge and understanding needed for each segment, our team can guide and provide suitable information for the end-user and the general contractor. We are also registered with CCR, Veteran Administration, we have a Buyer Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the federal government, and provide our DUNS number along with our NIAC Codes.

In addition to our knowledgeable sales team we have a team focused on the architect and design community. This team lends support by offering knowledge on all products and the application each product is best suited. With the product knowledge, the team offers free take-offs to help for budgets, products, and general installation knowledge for the designer and their client.

Both the architect & design team and the sales team have a high focus on sustainable products, reclamation, and LEED. They understand the importance this has to everyone and because what we do now will impact the future. 

Working directly with the entire organization is our Platform Project Management installation team.  We pre-inspect all job sites, assign qualified installers to the project, and will continue to inspect the project during and after installation. Each installer is provided a detailed work order, color-coded plan and detailed instructions. This process helps to ensure the installation team will finish each project in a timely manner.
